7 Weight Training Myths Every Women Should Know



So often I come across women who are scared of weight training. So often I go to the gym, to find the women furiously toiling away on the treadmill or the elliptical trainer while the men grunt and sweat it out in the weights room.

Most women shy away from lifting weights. Even if they do, it is the pretty pink variety that just looks cute and does nothing for muscle development; most of us carry handbags that weigh more than that cute pint sized pink dumbbells.
