5 Exercises for Perky Butt


Getting a tight butt can be a hard thing to achieve, but if you do the right exercises and do them properly, your behind will begin to shape-up and look toned. It will not happen overnight, but within weeks you will see an improvement. Your body will soon look fantastic and you will feel confident wearing a bikini on the beach.

You will have to put in some work to achieve a perky butt. The following exercises will help you reach your goal.

1. Step-Ups

You will need a pair of dumbbells for this exercise. Hold the barbell across your shoulders and place your right foot on a step or bench. Without lifting or moving your foot, lift yourself on the step. Lower yourself back down slowly with your right leg and repeat ten times. Do the same routine with your left leg and repeat ten times.
