Guide to Get Six Pack Abs

Getting six pack abs is not as complicated or hard as many people think.  You have to know only two main factors to attaining a lean, six pack stomach; targeted abdominal training with a variety of exercises and proper calorie deficit diet to create a negative energy balance.  Training for six pack abs really comes down to these 2 things.  Incorporate different ab exercises into your current training program.  The list of effective exercises you can do includes crunches, weighted crunches, weighted side bends, reverse crunches, full ROM situps, bench flags, ab wheel rollout ( standing and kneeling), chinnies, plank hold, side to side crunches.  This list is not exhaustive.   Refer to bodybuilding.com’s exercise database for a more detailed and full list of all ab exercise choices at your disposal.

Also, use a mix of different rep ranges.  Don’t stick to one rep range.  Use variations in volume, from low rep 5-8 reps for each exercise to 12-15 plus reps for other exercises.  Alternate them on training cycles to prevent and avoidab training stagnation.
