7 Tips to Start Exercising In the Morning

Whether you’re planning to get up early for a morning yoga, jog, or gym session, the fact remains—pressing the snooze button on your alarm clock to extend your morning slumber will always be more enjoyable than getting up early for that strenuous morning workout. But then again, that’s not enough excuse to make you cancel the morning gym session. If you perfectly understand the benefits that come with exercising in the morning, you won’t hesitate to use the following tips to make the morning sessions more enjoyable:

Start preparing the night before

The 10 to 20 minutes you waste in the morning trying to find your workout gear is enough to get you an excuse for ditching the morning session. After all, you’re already 20 minutes late. To avoid all this, learn to prepare the night before. Pack everything in your gym bag—your shoes, clothes, and the snacks you’ll need. Not only will this save you the trouble of running around trying to find your gym clothes, it’ll also prepare you psychologically. You’ll sleep knowing what awaits you in the morning, which is actually good in getting you psyched up.
